Ukrainian officials report that a Russian drone struck the ANT cargo ship

Ukrainian officials report that a Russian drone struck the ANT cargo ship, which was departing from Ukraine’s Odesa region. The vessel, flying the Vanuatu flag and reportedly operated by a Turkish company, suffered damage to its superstructure and a fire broke out on board.

The fire was later contained, and two crew members were injured. Both were evacuated and taken to hospital for treatment. Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
